With 11 years of experience in the industry, Zehera leads our recruitment efforts with precision and care. Her ability to understand client needs and match candidates for "Right Skill for Right Job" is unparalleled. Her expertise spans several sectors, including IT, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Energy, Legal, and Banking. She has worked as a Senior Recruiter for companies like Progressive GE, System One, and Saudi Aramco. Zehera holds Master's in Business Administration from University of Mumbai in 2011 with further specialization in Accounting and Finance. On personal front, Zehera and Vasim are married and ZAL Recuritment LLC is their joint venture. They are blessed with 3 children, a beautiful daughter and kind and compassionate twin boys.
Vasim Lakhani
Co-Founder - ZAL Recruitment LLC
With 15 years of experience in healthcare industry, Vasim brings a unique perspective to ZAL. Being himself in the field that serves public, he understands the importance of customer service not just to our clients but also with candidates. Professionally, Vasim is an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner since 2017, currently working with Trumen Physician & Associates specializing in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. He has also served in leadership capacity as Honorary Secretary and Ismaili Health Professionals Association (IHPA) Deputy Lead in Aga Khan Health Board, USA, a non-profit religious organization. Currently, he is serving as a Nurse Practitioner Co-Lead with Ismaili Pre-Health Mentorship Program (IPMP). He has also served as a medicolegal expert for Elite Medical Experts. Vasim holds Master's of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University, specializing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
